Return & Exchange Policy
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Products purchased during sale/clearance may not be eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quality inspection.
- After successful inspection, the refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours.
Refund Credit Timeline
Refund amount will reflect in the customer’s account within:
- 5–7 business days for UPI, debit cards, and credit cards
- 7–10 business days in some cases due to banking delays
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Used or damaged products caused after delivery
- Products without original tags/packaging
- Customized or personalized products
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos for quick assistance.
