At Monclair, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Products purchased during sale/clearance may not be eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quality inspection.
  • After successful inspection, the refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours.

Refund Credit Timeline

Refund amount will reflect in the customer’s account within:

  • 5–7 business days for UPI, debit cards, and credit cards
  • 7–10 business days in some cases due to banking delays

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused after delivery
  • Products without original tags/packaging
  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos for quick assistance.
